Farewell Father Mathew

The school community gathered to farewell Father Mathew. Staff celebrated his time with a farewell lunch and students presented Father Mathew with small tokens of appreciation for his service to the school and the parish of St Nicholas of Myra.

On Wednesday, 12 December, staff and parents gathered for the 2018 Parent Helper Breakfast.

2018 Christmas Celebration Concert

On December 6, the feast day of St Nicholas of Myra, over 700 people from our school community gathered for the 2018 Christmas Celebration Concert.

2018 Swim School

Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 participated in the St Nicholas of Myra 2018 swim school program at Nepean Aquatic Centre.

2018 Term 4 Week 7 Gold Awards

Many students have been working hard and following the St Nicholas Positive Behaviour Supports for learning (PBS4L) framework to be safe, respectful learners.

2018 Term 4 Kindergarten Assembly

Our Kindergarten students presented the Term 4 Week 7 Assembly. Students shared their learning and led the whole school in prayer.

2018 St Nicholas Author Visit

Author Alan Whiticker, a former St Nicholas of Myra and St Dominics student, visited St Nicholas to share his books and experiences of being an author with the students.

2018 Gymnastics Gala Day

On the 16th of November, 11 girls represented St Nicholas of Myra at the Diocesan Gymnastics Gala Day. The girls applied themselves and persevered across the four apparatus on the day. Overall the girls came 2nd in the blue group of 10 division. Congratulations to you all on a fantastic effort and achievement!

2019 Stage 3 Leadership Day

Year 4 and 5 students took part in the 2019 Stage 3 Leadership Day. Students worked in teams to problem solve through a range of tasks with a focus on the skills needed to be active leaders at St Nicholas in 2019.

2019 Student Leadership Speeches

Students in Year 5 presented their 2019 student leadership speeches to the school leadership team and students in Stages 2 and 3. Students in Year 5 have the opportunity to lead their school as school or sport captains. Well done to all students who presented their speeches. Our leaders will be announced at the 2018 Graduation Mass.
